Immigration Refund Policy
GenQuest immigration Credit Card Refund Policy

Transactions will appear as
GenQuest Immigration on your credit card statement. All valid
transactions are final. After transacting your entry, the
following refund policy will take effect.
GenQuest will determine if a
transaction is valid or invalid. For example, a duplicate
transaction created through an error in our software
processing may be considered invalid. Invalid transactions
will be refunded in total. Transactions created by customer
error may be considered valid orders. Transactions deemed to
be invalid prior to the transaction's batch processing will be
voided. After batch processing, the original transaction must
be credited.
Cancellations: Each order may
have specific refund policies that may apply that will be
noted on the invoice or website in the info section. Please
contact GenQuest if
you need to cancel your order. It is up to the technical
manager to accept or decline all refunds due to
cancellations, etc. If a product is shipped and then returned
unopened, the customer is responsible for all shipping and
handling charges originally invoiced.
All valid refund requests will be
processed within 3 business days. Cancelled orders shall
be refunded back to original card. If
this is not possible, a 3% fee will be accessed and we will
issue a check within 5 business days.

SHIPPING
EXPENSES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
In no event shall GenQuest be liable for any
direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental
damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to the service,
the materials and the products, or the outcome of a DNA test.
